Are you allowed to use the wasted camber bolts to get negative?

The way i read it, yes, as long as you're within the tolerances.. You can buy the wasted bolts as a 'standard' part for the Mk2

Yes, everything needs to be standard, apart from the permitted modifications, so these bolts (and others) need to be standard items.

As Kev says the later type bolt with the smaller shank is a standard VAG item so is standard.
